I mean, Miss Hoda said it best! Music really is mood medicine, powerful enough to heal the soul, yet gentle enough to calm the anxieties that come along with life. Listening to music is truly a great way to get your morning started. Rarely do I ever start my day without it! Recently, I’ve started making playlists for the different portions of my day (morning, noon, and afternoon). So, of course I made one for the morning time first. I compiled a playlist of songs I like to vibe out to while getting ready in the AM. There are few things more intimate than sharing one’s personal music playlist, so I truly hope you all enjoy!
